This is done best in a wok but can be done in a skillet. Easy to do and kids love it!
3-6 bonless chicken breast
Soy Sauce
Mirin (or sweet rice cooking oil) can buy in Oriental section of grocery store
Seasame Oil
Cut chicken into small pieces. Put FEW DROPS OF SEASAME OIL IN PAN TO PREVENT STICKING. Put chicken in pan at medium heat, let sear. Once seared turn chicken till fully cooked ( about 3-5 minutes chicken will turn white) . Then add 2 tablespoons of Mirin. Cook till Mirin is absorbed into chicken. The add 1/2 cup soy sauce. Cook and turn chicken for about 2 minutes. Pour chicken and liquid into container , serve! Easy , fast and delicous! |
