Recipe: |
One lb stew meat frozen or thawed
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3/4 to 1 can water
2-4 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper
place stew meat in crockpot with soup, water, garlic, ginger, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until meat is done.( gravy will be thin) Serve over rice or egg noodles. |
