2 7-ounce packages Mozzarella, sliced
3 or 4 medium tomatoes, sliced
1/4 cup Cilantro Pesto
Procedure:
Arrange the cheese and tomato slices on a platter. Pour the cilantro pesto over them. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 1 hour before serving
