Recipe: 1 15.5 onz. canGoya Pinto Beans undrained 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1/4 small onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. crumbred fresh Monterrey jack cheese Salt and Pepper to taste Procedure: In medium bowl, mash beans. Cook onion and garlic in vegetable oil in medium skillet on medium heat until soft. Add beans, salt and pepper. Cook stirring often, until bean liquid starts to evaporate. Reduce heat and simmer till desired consistency, about 5 minutes. Serve with cheese sprinkled on top.
