1 Tbls Olive Oil
1 tsp garlic
1/2 onion chopped
Mushrooms ( add as many as you desire)
salt & pepper ( add to desire taste)
1/2 bg to 1 bg of frozen green beans
Heat oil, add garlic, onion, salt & pepper and saute until onions are soft and golden brown and mushrooms are soft, add green beans. (you can add them in frozen or boil them first then add, which ever is faster for you).
Stir together until hot and serve. |
