Ingredients:
12 Flour Tortilla
1 can (16 oz.) Refried Pinto Beans
8 oz. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
8 oz. sliced ham
Garnishes:
1 jar (16 oz.) Pico de Gallo Salsa
1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
Your favorite Salsita Hot Sauce
2 ripe avocados, peeled and sliced
3 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Procedure:
Preheat oven to 325º F.
Spread 3 tbsp. of refried beans on each of 6 tortillas. Place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Portion ham on each tortilla, if desired, and top each with shredded cheese. Cover with another tortilla.
Bake until quesadillas are warmed through and cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Cut into wedges, sprinkle on cilantro and serve with garnishes.
