Ingredients: Flour tortilla's(soft taco size), Shredded cheese(any kind that will melt, chedder, jack, mozzerella, etc.), Onions. Optional: chicken or steak. Brown onions in butter. Spray a non-stick pan with cooking spray. On a plate, put cheese, onion and meat on one tortilla. Place in pan. Place another tortilla on top and spray with cooking spray. Flip when golden brown. Done when golden brown on both sides. Serve with sour cream.
