Ingredients:
1 cup sugar - caramel
1/4 cup water
4 eggs
1 cup Pineapple chopped
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp water
1 can Condensed Milk
1/2 cup light cream
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
Procedure:
Mix sugar and water in a microwave resistant
container and heat for 5-7 minutes until you
get a thick brown caramel texture. Pour mix
into a baking pan and let cool.
Heat the oven - 350 F.
Use a baking pan double-boil style to cook
the flan mix. Mix the the eggs and the
pineapple – incorporate very well.
Pour the ingredients into the baking pan
containing the caramel. Place into the oven
for 1 hour.
Let cool and refrigerate before serving
