Recipe: (A big favorite at our house during footbal season) 2 (16 oz.) jars of dill pickles, hamburger slices is best 1 large egg 1 can beer 1 tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1 1/2 c all-purpose flour Pat pickles dry. Whisk together egg, beer, baking powder and salt. Slowly add the flour and whisk until smooth. Have a pot of grease heated, dip the pickles and drop into hot grease.
