Recipe: 1 head cabbage, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 2 medium potatos, chopped 1 can Rotel Salt & Pepper to taste In a medium soup pot saute the cabbage and onions until cabbage is almost soft. Add the potatoes and and Rotel plus one can full of water. Stir, cover and let simmer until the potatoes are soft. OPTION: add 1 package Eckrich sausage, sliced, to the pot along with the potatoes for a one pot meal.
