Recipe: THIS IS THE BEST... THE EASIEST... & THE CHEAPEST ... Supplies: 1 can cheap biscuits/buttered are good but you can use any of the varieties try different ones to see the difference in taste. I buy the cheapest ones... 1-2 cans of chicken meat depending on amount of chicken you like in yours. 1-2 cans chicken broth depending on the amout of people you serve salt/pepper to taste I normally do not add any that way anyone eating it can alter to their own tastes. 3 quart or larger sauce pan. Procedure: 1.Place one biscuit at a time on a floured surface. Roll it out as flat as possible. Using a pizza cutter or knife or scissors, Cut each rolled out biscuit into whatever sized dumplings you want. Place all the cut dumplings in a pile or on a plate and set aside. 2.Pour the can of broth and the can of chicken into the pan and place onto stovetop on HIGH heat. If you want more broth or chicken add them at this time. If you need more both you can cut some water into the mix also. 3.As the broth and chicken comes to a boil, SLOWLY add the cut biscuits. Stir slowly and continue to stir until all the biscuits (now DUMPLINGS) plump up. Which means they are now COOKED... 4. Remove from heat and stir occasionally allowing it to cool down a bit from boiling. 5. SERVE in a bowl. WARNING THIS DISH HOLDS HEAT...It will remain hot for some time. I promise this will be the best chicken and dumplins you have had. SUPER easy and Super Cheap. Enjoy. Curt
