Recipe: 1 1/2 lbs sirloin steak (cut into strips) 1 stick butter 1 bell pepper (small strips) 1 onion (small strips) 1 can 16 oz diced tomatoes 1 beef boullion cube 1 tbs cornstarch 3 tbls soy sauce 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic salt 1/4 water Saute beef strips in butter.Add onion, pepper strips, stir around then add tomatoes. Add garlic salt, sugar, salt and soy sauce to mixture. Mix corn starch in water and add to mixture. Add bouillion cube last. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes on low heat. Serve over plain white rice.
