3 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1 Small Onion (diced)
1 Packaged Presliced Portabello Mushrooms
2 Cans Golden Mushroom Soup
1 Small container of Sour Cream
1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
1 Tablespoon Cumin
1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 Tablespoon Paprika
Salt and Pepper to taste
Wash chicken breasts and place in crock pot. Add the rest of the ingredients except for sour cream and cook in Crock pot on high for 4 hrs. Add Sour Cream and stir before serving.
This can be served with either Mashed Potatoes or over Egg Noodles. Very easy recipe that tastes great. |
