2-8oz pkgs . creamcheese
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanella
1 can pie filling
1 box vanilla waffers
Mix all ingredients for 10 minutes with an electric mixer. place a vanella waffer in the bottom of lined muffin pan.put 2TBLS of creamcheese mixture on top of vanella waffer. bake at 375 for 15 minutes.topwith pie filling as soon as they come out of the oven. refrigerate. |
