3 cans Tuna in water
(drained)
3 large eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
6 slices of mild chedder cheese or your favorite cheese
6 buns
1/4 cup olive oil
lettuce
tarter sauce
mix: tuna,eggs and bread crumbs.
olive oil in frying pan on medium heat.
Form tuna mixture into 6 patties place in fry pan and cook until golden brown. Place cheese slice on top of patty and let it melt. Place patty on a bun with lettuce and tarter sauce to taste.
This is great served with fresh fruit salad |
