Recipe: |
1 5 to 6 lb. roast
12 oz. can cola
5 oz. bottle A-1 sauce
1/2 of a 10 oz. bottle of Worchestershire sauce
2 to 3 whole cloves
18 oz. bottle bbq sauce
2 beef boullion cubes
water to cover
Put roast in crockpot. Pour all other ingredients over roast. Simmer on high 6 to 7 hours, or until roast fall apart easily. Serve with tortillas, cheese and/or spicy sauce (recipe below).
Spicy Sauce
1 1/2 c. mayo
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. horseradish
2 c. half and half
Mix together and serve immediately. |
