Recipe: |
1lb small elbow or bow macaroni
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp oregano
1-2 tsp minced parsley
for dressing: 3/4 cup Hidden Vally RANCH dressing and 2tbsp
your favorite mayonaise. (mix together)
Cook the macaroni following package instructions. Drain and
chill. Mix with the celery, onion and green pepper. toss with the dressing and with oregano and parsley. Serve on lettuce if you wish. |
