PINCH OF SALT
ABOUT 1/4 CUP OF MILK WITH A LITTLE WATER ADDED TO MAKE A BATTER FOR COATING .
SAFFLOWER OR SUNFLOWER OIL FOR DEEP FRYING
SLICE THE POTATO INTO 1/8 TH ROUND SLICES
DIP EACH SLICE INTO THE FLOUR WATER DIP UNTIL COATED
FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
FOR SPAM SLICE 1/4 INCH COAT WITH BATTER AND DEEP FRY THE SAME WAY
