boil your pasta as directed on the package(i use macaroni's as i buy them in bulk and it's cheap) rinse them with cold water to cool so they do not get mushy. chop up desired amount of onions,peppers, mozzarella cheese. mix in the pasta.
dressing
take 1 cup oil 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup sugar mix well with a wisp. pour over top pasta mix well top with ham or turkey or pepperoni if you wish. i also add a little bit of italian seasoning grinder to the top and shake a little parm cheese over top. place in fridge allow to cool and season over night.
people always ask me for my recipe and this is the first i have givin it out but is always a hit at parties and school functions(everyone always requests i make it) |
