1 pound of ground turkey
1 pack of enchilada seasoning
1 8 0z can of tomatoe sauce
1 can if sliced black olives
1 8 oz pack of grated cheddar cheese
1 pack of corn tortillas
(optional) sour cream
cook/crumble ground turkey
mix and simmer enchilada seasoning with tomatoe sauce
layer pan with tortillas covering all the pan
pour grind turkey on tortillas
pour cheese on meat
layer with tortillas
pour tomatoe sauce on top
sprinkle with sliced olives
bake for 15 minutes on 400 degrees or until warm
