Coon Balls

Recipe: 1 Young Raccoon, 6-8 lbs. dressed 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Coon Brand Cheddar Cheese 2 cups Bisquick When the sun goes down, put headlamp on cap. Load a good coon dog into back of pickup truck (preferably a Chevrolet) and drive out into the country near someones cornfield and lots of trees (Make sure to have Owner's permission to hunt on his land). Turn dog loose. When the dog trees a nice fat Raccoon, tie up the dog and shoot the Raccoon out of tree. Get Raccoon, get dog and go back home! Dress out Raccoon and cool thoroughly. Note: If unable to locate Coon may substitute with one pound Pork Sausage. Let Cheese and Coon/Sausage warm to room temperature. Mix all ingredients well and form into small size balls. Place on a cookie sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes @ 375 degrees. Serve hot over rice and wild Mushroom sauce or use as Hor'devours on a tooth pick! Great for those Out of Towners on Business or Pleasure.
