This is so easy and it is always a favorite when i have gatherings. Everybody always asks for the recipe.
1 bag of egg noodles
1 bottle of itailan salad dressing
1-2 tomatoes (optional)diced
sauteed chicken (quantity is optional)chicken fillets
While to have the noodles cooking in boiling water, saute the chicken with olive oil add some garlic, salt and pepper to the chicken. When it is done cut it up and put it in the refrig. Dice up the tomatoes and when noodles are done, drain them and add either half a bottle of the dressing or a whole bottle depending on your taste. add the tomoatoes and mix reall well in a large bowl. Add the chicken and mix well again. Put it in the refrig if you'd like to serve it cold or serve it if you'd like it hot. |
