Beef and Peppers with Noodles |

2lb beef stew cubes
1 package of egg noodles
1/2 small can tomato paste
1 tsp each garlic powder,oregano, basil
pinch of salt and pepper
2 bell peppers cut into chunks
2 cans diced tomatoes
Dump everything but the noodles in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 5 or 6. Stir occasionally and during the last 30 minutes crack the lid so it thickens up. Cook the noodles according to directions.Serve over the noodles. This freezes great too. |
