Asian Fish in Paper

Name: Aimee Sauer
Base: Camp Lejeune
Recipe: This is so good and really easy, even if you don't think you will like it just try it. parchment paper or foil 2 fish fillet- any kind but salmon is really good 2 cups washed and chopped greens (kale, bok choy) 1 1/2c cooked rice (brown rice is the best because it absorbs a lot of the sauce) **Sauce:-Mix together_ 2tbl soy sauce 2tbl terriyaki sauce 1tbl vegetable oil 1tsp sesame oil salt and pepper 1 tsp ground or chopped ginger- I get a big knob of it peel it with a spoon, cut into slices and freeze so I always have it. 1 clove garlic chopped 1/4tsp ground red pepper (only if you like spice) **Heat oven to 375, fold a piece of foil or parchment about 12" wide in half and on one side layer half the rice, half the greens and top with the fish. Pour half the sauce on each. Fold over the edges of the foil or paper and crimp to seal it. Place on a cookie sheet and cook for about 15-20 minutes. Open the package and enjoy!!!
