Spicy BBQ Chicken and brown rice bowl! |

3 boneless skinless chichen breasts chopped
2 1/2 cups brown rice(minute rice)
1/4 cup red wine
1/2 cup montgomery inn bbq sauce
2 tblsp montreal steak spice
pinch of pepper
pinch of salt
tblsp oil
in bowl mix bbq sauce, red wine, steak spice, salt and pepper.
pour tblsp of oil in large skillet and place on medium heat.
put chopped chicken in pan along with mixture above.
in medium sauce pan boil water.
then put rice in.
when chicken is done put on low and wait for rice.
once the rice is finished put in the large skillet with chicken and mix then serve.
My husband and I also found that these make excellent wraps. ENJOY!!! |
