2 Medium Chicken Breast Slightly frozen (deboned and slighlty frozen for easier cutting)
2 Medium Jalapenos
1/2 cup of butter
5 Tablespoons of flour
1 Large tomato
In a a medium fry pan cook diced chicken until lightly brown
Add cut up jalapenos and add spices as desired to spice chicken such as garlic, salt and pepper
Melt 1/2 cup butter in microwave until melted and add flour to mixture until completely dissolved.
Add gravey mixture to chicken and cut tomatoes add sparingly to mixture. Set on low and stir occasionally while sauce thickens.
