Wild Turkey (at your favorite Class VI)
Mouse Sauce
Olive Oil
Marinate skinned and tenderized Rat in Juniper Berries, Wild Turkey, Thyme, Celery and Carrots for 8 hours. Drain, pat dry, sear disjointed Rat in hot oil in skillet (Cast Iron) add marinade and simmer until reduced by half. Add Mouse Sauce and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with Orso Pasta and Cheese Bread. |
