Recipe: One sandwich loaf 100 grams butter 2 anchovy fillets 2 hard boiled eggs Parsley 1 tablespoon oil Salt and pepper 100 grams ham 100 grams tongue 100 grams salami 100 grams edam cheese 100 grams luncheon meat 2 gherkins 10 pistachios De-rind the bread and remove the inside (leave 1 cm edges). Cream butter and mix well with chopped anchovies, 'mashed' egg yolks, chopped parsley, oil, salt and pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients, all cut into small cubes. Fill bread without leaving any gaps, seal bread ends, wrap in aluminum foil and put into the fridge for 1 hour.
