Ham and Noodle Bake

Recipe: 300 grams noodles (I use wide egg noodles) 180 grams ham, cut up 1/4 liter sour cream 2 tablespoons Emmentaler, grated 1 1/2 tablespoons butter -- flaked 2 tablespoons flour Cook the noodles in salted water and drain. In a baking form, alternate layers of the noodles and the cut ham, adding some of the sour cream, a bit of salt and some of the cheese. The last layer should be the noodles. On the top, sprinkle the butter and flour. Cook for 15 minutes in the oven.
