Recipe: What You Need! 1 cup chopped green pepper 1 cup chopped red pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 cups cholesterol-free egg product 1 cup fat-free milk 3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1/4 tsp. black pepper 4 slices whole wheat bread, torn Make It! SPRAY medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add peppers and onion; cook on medium-high heat 4 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Place in large bowl. Add egg product, milk, cheese and seasonings; mix with wire whisk until well blended. SPRAY 2-quart casserole with cooking spray. Place bread in prepared casserole. Cover evenly with egg product mixture, making sure all bread is coated. BAKE at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
