1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 can { 20oz. } crushed pineapple, drained
1 package Super Moist Carrot Cake Mix
Whipped cream topping
Heat oven 350°. Melt butter in a glass 9 x 13 x 2 microwavable baking dish for 30 seconds or until melted, sprinkle brown sugar over the melted butter, spoon pineapple over brown sugar evenly.
Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Pour over pineapple evenly. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Cool completely. Serve topped with whipped cream. Serves 10 |
