HOT CHOCLATE MIX Name: BRANDI THOMAS Base: SHAW AFB Recipe: 1 cup baking cocoa 2 cups sugar 5 ½ cups dry milk 1 cup non ~ dairy creamer 1 ½ tsp. salt In a large bowl stir together the cocoa, sugar, powdered milk, non-dairy creamer and salt. Store in air tight containers or glass jars. To use: Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of mix to 1 cup of hot water. Top with marshmallows or whipped topping with a dash of chocolate sprinkles and cinnamon. 30 servings Variations; Coffee mocha ~ Add 1 cup of instant coffee granules to the mix.
