mACARONI SALAD

Recipe: 1/2 of a 22 ounce package of salad shell macaroni 6 eggs ~ boiled ~ shelled ~ sliced 1 cup sweet onion ~ chopped 1 1/2 cups celery ~ chopped 1 1/2 cups dill pickles ~ chopped 1 cup black olives ~ sliced 1 cup medium cheddar cheese ~ cut into small cubes 1 cup ham ~ chopped 2 1/2 cups mayonnaise 1 tablespoon mustard salt & pepper to taste Cook salad macaroni according to package, let cool. In a large mixing bowl combine macaroni, eggs, onion, celery, pickles, olives, cheese and ham and mix together. In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over salad and gently mix together. Pour into a smaller serving bowl and cover. Chill for 2 hours before serving. If taking the salad to a barbeque or a picnic place salad bowl in a larger bowl with ice to keep the salad chilled. Serves 6. Easily doubled for a crowd.
