1 stick of butter softened
1 box of confectioner sugar
2 cups of creamy peanut butter
1 bag 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 slab of Parafin wax
Mix the butter, sugar, and peanut butter til combined. Make 1 - 1 1/2 inch balls. Refrigerate for one hour. Melt chocolate chips and parafin wax in a small pan over low heat til creamy. Use a toothpick to "spear" ball. Dip in chocolate. Cover ball just to the top. Leave a little peanut butter showing. Place on wax paper until cooled and hardened. Makes about 40 |
