Dark Chocolate Raspberry Parfaits |

Ingredients:
1 pkg. (12.5 oz.) Pepperidge FarmŽ Raspberry Turnovers
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate or bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp. orange -flavored liqueur (like Grand Marnier) or Triple Sec
2 cups vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Bake turnovers according to pkg. directions.
Heat chocolate and cream in a 1-qt. saucepan over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, stirring often. Stir liqueur in saucepan, if desired.
Cut each turnover into thirds. Place 1 turnover piece into each of 4 dessert dishes. Top each with 1/4 cup ice cream, 1 tbsp. chocolate sauce and another turnover piece. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients. |
