Creamed Cinnamon Rice

Recipe: Ingredients: 2 cups water 2 cups milk 8 tablespoons regular long-grain white rice 1/3 cup sugar Ground cinnamon Directions: Combine water, milk and rice cook over low heat. This mixture will boil over if cooked to high. Stir often. Cook 30 to 40 minutes or until rice is tender. At this point the liquid will have cooked into the rice. Then add sugar. Cook for an additional 5 minutes. Top with cinnamon and serve.
