Recipe: |
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 1/2 Tablespoons grated Romono cheese
2 Tablespoons dry pectin
2 Tablespoons beaten egg or egg substitute
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
pinch of oregano
pinch of red pepper flakes
Combine all in a blender on medium to high speed for 30 to 40 seconds. Refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours.
Serve on salad, vegetables or use as a marinate.
