Brown 1 lb. of hambuger w/ medium onion season to taste. Mix hambuger with 1 can of greenbeans and one can of corn (drained) with one can of mushroom soup and 1/2 can of water. Thinly slice potatoes (as many as you want). Put all the ingredients in a cassarole dish and bake for 1 hour on 350 or until potatoes are done. Cover with cheese and bake again until melted. |
