1/2 cup orange juice concentrate
1 cup of hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon of ginger (minced)
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of honey
1 lb. of skinless boneless chicken breast
*Option: serve over white Rice
Combine the orange juice concentrate, hoisin sauce, ginger, soy sauce and honey in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Simmer for 5-7 minutes. Slice the chicken in a stir fry style (strips), cook until done. Seperate half of orange hoisin sauce over chicken and half over white rice. *Add asian stir fry vegetables*

Cook time: 10-15 minutes
Total time: 15-20 minutes
