Need: Bacon (6+ strips), 1 small head of Cabbage-chopped, 1 clove minced garlic or 1teaspoon garlic powder, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard, 1small diced onion, 1tablespoons butter, 1/8 teaspoon pepper flakes
1)Cook bacon on stove-save teaspoon of drippings in pan,remove cooked bacon to paper towels.
2)melt butter
3)saute onion for about 3 mins then add cabbage and saute for about another five mins
4) add mustard,salt,pepper,garlic and pepper flakes
5) add back bacon crumbles
6) enjoy! |
