Recipe: |
1 3-4 pound potroast
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
2 cans of beef broth with herbs
1 package of crockpot slow cooker seasoning by McCormick
1/4 onion (chopped finely)
1 tablespoon of garlic
1 tablespoon of Adobo seasoning
Wash roast thoroughly and season with adobo seasoning and garlic. Pour two cans of beef broth, McCormick seasoning and 2-3 cups of water into crockpot and stir. Turn crockpot to warm and place roast inside ensuring that the water covers the roast. Cook for 6 hours then add cream of mushroom soup. Cook an additional 1-2 hours until roast is tender and you have a nice thick gravy like texture. Serve with mashed potatos, rice or smothered cabbage. |
