This is the easiest and best way to eat asparagus.
1lb asparagus
olive oil
lemon juice
salt
pepper
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Put the asparagus on a cookie sheet and drizzle the olive oil over top. Squeeze about 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice over and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roll the asparagus around to make sure it is all coated. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the tips are crunchy and the asparagus gets limp but still crunchy. |
