Dad’s Favorite Sausage Spaghetti

Recipe: Recipe Ingredients: 1 16oz package of Skinner Spaghetti 2 quarts of hot water 1 15oz can of Hunts 100% Natural Tomato Sauce 2 pound package of Kraft Velveeta Cheese Product 2 10oz cans of RO*TEL Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies 1 10 ¾ oz can of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom w/Roasted Garlic Soup 1 10 ¾ oz can of Campbell’s Tomato Soup 1 16oz package of Eckrich Natural Hardwood Smoked Sausage, cooked per the “Skillet” directions on the package, halved lengthwise, cut into chunks Recipe Instructions: Prep Time: 45 minutes Total Time: 60 minutes Makes: 6 – 8 servings (1 cup each) Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bring hot water and tomato sauce to a boil over medium high heat. Add spaghetti and cook for about 20 minutes until spaghetti is tender. Drain. Cut Velveeta cheese into chunks and place in a large microwave-safe bowl. Add 2 cans of Ro*Tel, place in a microwave and heat on High for about 10 minutes (stirring after 5 minutes) or until cheese is melted. Add mushroom soup and tomato soup to mixture and heat an additional 5 minutes (stirring after 3 minutes). Remove from microwave and stir well. Place half of cooked spaghetti in a 4 quarts casserole dish. Sprinkle half of the sausage chunks on top of spaghetti. Spread half of cheese mixture on top of sausage chunks. Place remaining cooked spaghetti in casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining sausage chunks on top of spaghetti. Spread remaining cheese mixture in casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is brown. Eat and enjoy!
