1lb boneless skinless chicken breast
10oz can Cream of Chicken soup
8oz sour cream
1 box Stove-Top stuffing, prepared
half sleeve of Ritz crackers
2T melted butter
Boil chicken breasts for 25 minutes. Allow to cool before shredding or cutting into bite size pieces. Mix sour cream and soup over low heat until combined. In 2 quart casserole combine chicken soup/sour cream mixture and stuffing. Top with crumbled crackers and butter. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a pre-heated oven.
