1lb Hamburger
3/4 roll of Sausage(original)
2 cans Tomato Soup
8oz block Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese
3/4 bag of Medium Eggnoodles
1 small can Mushrooms(opt.)
1 small Onion chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Brown and drain hamburger, sausage, and onion. Meanwhile, boil eggnoodles as required on package. Drain noodles, add soup, extra sharp cheddar, and mushrooms to meat, let cheese melt. Combine all in dutch oven after the noodles have been drained, fold together. Pour in 13x9 glass baking dish. Place in oven until golden brown(a little crispy) on top, approx. 15-30 min.
