3 c. whipped sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten with mixer
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Topping:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1 stick butter
1/2 c. self rising flour
Combine all ingredients; mixing well. Pour into greased casserole dish (9x13). Topping: Combine 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup pecans, 1 stick butter and 1/2 cup self rising flour. Mix till crumbly and sprinkle over top of potato mixture. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. |
