1 box Jiffy Cornbread mix
1 stick butter
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream corn
1 bag frozen white corn
mild cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together jiffy, butter, sour cream, cream corn and frozen white corn, and put in cassarole dish. Cover with foil and cook in oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Take foil off, and cover with mild cheddar cheese. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes, until set. |
