Yellow Rice and Beans Name: Aimee Sauer Base: Camp Lejeune Recipe: 1 packet of yellow rice (I use the 50 cent mahatma in a yellow tube) 1 can black beans drained and rinsed 1 can diced tomatoes 1 tsp cumin make the rice as directed but add the cumin to the water. When it's done add the beans and tomatoes. Really good with tacos!
