Basic Chicken Cassarole

Recipe: 2-3 small chicken breast (boneless/skinless) 1 8oz Sour Cream 1 can Cream of Chicken 1 box of Chicken Stove Top Stuffing Cook chicken by either boiling or pan frying. (this would be a great place to use left over rotisserie chicken) Mix together Stove top and 1 tbsp butter and 1/2 cup of water or chicken broth. Half of the stove top mixture in the bottom of a cassarole dish. Tear apart the cooked chicken and put on top of the stove top in cassarole dish. Mix together sour cream and cream of chicken and put in cassarole (at this point you could use some left over veggies or frozen peas and carrots if you would like to amp the cassarole up a little). Put the remaining stove top on top of the cassarole and bake at 350 for about 30 mins. until the cream mixture is bubbly. Serve with veggies and rolls for a great inexpensive meal!
