Pita Bread Pizza Margerita

Recipe: 1 Regular size white Pita Bread 1/4 cup of Marinara Sauce 1 Tbsp. of grated Parmasan Cheese 1 tsp of Oregano 1/2 cup of shredded Mozarella Place a metal cooling rack on top of a cookie sheet and then place the Pita Bread on top of the cooling rack. Cover one side of the Pita Bread with the Marinara Sauce and spread the sauce around avoiding the area within an inch of the edges. Then sprinkle the grated Parmasan Cheese, Oregano and the Mozarella around on the Pita. Once finished place the whole thing in an oven that has been preheated to 355 Degrees and allow to bake for about 15 minutes or until done. It is a quick and easy lunch or snack and tastes alot better than frozen pizza.
